Preparation for Growth

​In this phase, we set the basics right by ensuring the vision is clearly defined, the strategy is fully aligned with the vision, and the entire organisation is in sync with the vision and the strategy.

Before raising funds, It is critical for a business to have a clear idea of the amount it needs and a strategy to raise it. Raising money is not something that happens only once! So, it is essential to approach it with a detailed plan for subsequent funding.

Catalyzing Growth

​In this phase, we focus on rapid sales enhancement and customer retention while removing bottlenecks of resources such as trained workforce and finances. This is a hands-on service in the classic  BUILD-OPERATE-TRANSFER (BOT) mode; Vriksh takes up the turnkey responsibility for planning, building the team, setting up and managing the processes, achieving and stabilising the desired numbers and handing over the entire project to the customer over 10–12 months.

Training Interventions

The mission of Vriksh sales training programmes is to provide field sales organisations with an integrated programme to develop even the underperforming team members into successful salespersons. It is designed to meet the individual needs of every business organisation.
